After starting Recruitment 7 years ago, I have definitely seen my fair share of what a good recruiter looks like and a shocking one! Corporate business, power hours etc…all of this just made me realise that I don’t want to be part of someone else’s dream. I want to be part of mine by helping others achieve theirs. Whilst I know this sounds cringy, it is the truth. We are powered and motivated by our values…it is as simple as that. I am your representative, who has your best interest at heart, not our agency’s pocket. We are a team of people who are people focused. We actually listen. Yes I could easily push you in the direction of a bigger fee for us, but this is your career, and you are our priority!

The Blonde Recruiter: So aside from being in recruitment for what feels like a lifetime! I am also a HUGE animal lover, my boy Ringo “Head of happiness” here at ZNP Recruitment, he is my best mate! Recruitment is a stressful industry to work in, targets, pressure etc, so I would love to be able to give something back. In my personal life I am a stepmum to 3 very energetic boys! I live with my partner, who is my rock and my support through thick and thin! I am family oriented, anything to spend time with them. Sometimes the bottle of Red is needed after such activities!

I am 14 years old, that’s 98 years in my world. By day I sleep, eat, go for walks and trick my family into giving me treats! I sometimes watch the TV upside down, mostly when I am cuddled up with my parents though 🦊

The educator turned recruiter whose primary focus is YOU! When I’m not at work, I am a Mum to a very energetic, animal loving toddler who likes to keep me on my toes! I am married to a wonderful man who is a fantastic support to our family. We enjoy going out for walks and spending time with our friends and family. We love a visit to the farm, the park and going out for food. When I do get free time, I love to go shopping and enjoy a cheeky hot chocolate and slice of cake! Prior to beginning my career in recruitment, I worked as a Primary School Teacher for 8 years, this role helped shape me into the person I am today. I love helping others and take pride in everything I do. I am the office spider catcher and provide daily support for our company director, Zoe.
